• Led the redesign of Fully Paid Lending with a design lead, product, and engineering, partnering with a researcher on 5 studies to learn why advisors had written off a tool that lacked context, made positions hard to find, and lost them at enrollment. Launched to all Introducing Broker-Dealers, generating revenue for firms and their investors, including a $27M position lent in a single day.
• Selected by design leadership as one of 3 designers leading AI adoption for the Wealth Services design team. Built and presented a learning series on building with our design system in AI tools, and now documenting how designers can pull answers directly from design system guidance.
• Led the redesign of single order entry for alternative investments. Interviewed 8 clients with product to uncover pain points: scattered documents, re-keyed trades, and manual operations checks. Designed a document-upload-first flow with AI-assisted data extraction that consolidated the process into one step, projected to cut wire creation errors by about 90%.
• Co-designed New Account Opening and Asset Movement to reimagine Pershing’s wealth platform. Partnered with user research to interview 12 advisors on how they open accounts and move client money, then validated prototypes with 20 advisors across two usability studies, which reshaped both flows and revealed a confirmation screen telling advisors an account existed before it did.

Advise early-stage startups on product strategy and design.

Founded a rental platform for college students after hearing from friends how hard the off-campus housing search was. Surveyed 270 students, designed the mobile app, and used usability testing to raise task completion from 63% to 100%. Reached 100+ sign-ups and increased referrals by 20%.
